- Certification requirements definition (STC, PMA, TSO)
- Certification Planning
- Product support requirements definition (MTBF calculations, production, performance monitoring, maintenance, repair, design change, end of life, etc.)
- First of Type builds and testing (Prototype assembly, testing and generation of first article inspection reports per AS9102)
- Development of production instructions.
- Development of Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (AMMs, CMMs, Troubleshooting Manuals, etc.)
- First of type STC installation support (on site representation through STC conformance acceptance)
